Most of us typically go to the gym to burn off our unwanted calories through vigorous physical exercise. But what if we told you that you could also burn off calories at home as well? How exactly? By doing your everyday house chores of course! Not as fun as it sounds until you think about how many calories you could be burning while reorganizing and tidying your home (hello, spring cleaning!). We made a list of common household chores and the estimated number of calories you burn doing these activities for around 30 minutes to an hour based on a 150-pound person.   • Doing your bed – 70 calories
  • Ironing clothes – 157 calories
  • Dusting – 166 calories
